We provide TCNJ students with opportunities for development in all areas of wellness: intellectual, spiritual, financial, emotional, physical, social, and environmental through advocacy, education, services, and programs.

  • JED Campus Program

    TCNJ’s Health & Wellness Unit is a member of the JED Foundation Campus Program. JED Campus is a nationwide initiative of the JED Foundation designed to empower schools with a framework and customized support to enhance student mental health and substance abuse and suicide prevention efforts.

    Student Health and Wellness Guide Students can be quick to let their health fall to the wayside when they start college, but staying aware of good and bad health habits will serve you well in the long-term. Physical health and nutrition are directly connected to mental health, effective study habits, and regular sleep patterns.

    Take our FREE Health & Wellness Survey Gage your personal Health & Wellness on the 7 dimensions of the wellness wheel to determine which areas might need some improvement.  There are opportunities on campus to improve upon each of the 7 dimensions of Health & Wellness.  Check it out – it’s FREE, it’s FUN and you just might learn something about staying healthy and well!  In fact, take the survey each semester to assess your progress!  Enjoy!

  • Understanding Obesity: A Multidisciplinary Challenge

    The School of Science; School of Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science; and School of Business are pleased to host and co-sponsor the TCNJ–Novo Nordisk Lecture Series during the 2017-2018 academic year.
