Thrive Wellness Week:
Thank you to all of our cosponsors for making the virtual Thrive Wellness Week (TWW) a huge success! Each year, we host the Thrive Wellness Expo which is a day long event that focuses on all areas of wellness. Due to COVID-19 we had TWW and this took place from October 5th – 9th. The goal of TWW was to connect with TCNJ students, faculty, and staff & provide them with strategies and resources related to overall health and wellness. We will update this page with important data and photos, from TWW, shortly!
We have created a digital coloring sheet of our TCNJ Mascot, Roscoe! This printable PDF, below, is free for all members of our campus community to use Click here: TWW Roscoe
Our New Workshop:
We are launching a brand new workshop, this fall, that focuses on healthy living, resiliency, being your best self, and important campus resources. This workshop will be held via zoom and is one hour long. Know Your Resources: Our program has created a resource guide that includes some (not all) resources that TCNJ offers students. Most of these resources are related to health, wellness, and our TCNJ Wellness Wheel. To view the PDF, please click here: KNOWYOURRESOURCES
The purpose of the Health and Wellness Peer Educators is to promote resiliency and overall health and wellness to the TCNJ campus community.
